Classification and use of fans
Classified according to the principle of action:
Turbo Blower - A blower that compresses conveyed gas by means of rotating blades.
Volume Blower - Compression and delivery of gas machinery by changing the volume of the gas.
Classified by airflow direction:
China exhaust centrifugal fan- After the airflow axially enters the fan impeller, it is compressed under the action of centrifugal force and mainly flows in the radial direction.
Axial Fans - Airflow enters axially into the channels of the rotating blades. Due to the interaction of the blades with the gas, the compressed gas flows almost axially.
Mixed Flow Fan - The gas and the main shaft enter the rotating vane at an angle and flow almost along the cone.
Cross-flow fan - the gas rotates the blade path horizontally, and the pressure is increased by the action of the blade.
Classified by production pressure (calculated by absolute pressure):
Ventilator - the exhaust pressure is lower than 112700Pa;
Blower - exhaust pressure between 1127000Pa~343000Pa;
The exhaust pressure is higher than 34,300 Pa;
The corresponding classification of high and low pressure fans is as follows (under standard conditions):
Low pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure centrifugal fan: P≤1000Pa
Medium pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure centrifugal fan: P=1000~5000Pa

The performance parameter refers to the total pressure (equal to the difference between the total pressure of the fan outlet and the inlet), and is often used in its unit Pa, KPa, mH2O, mmH2O, etc.

The volume of gas flowing through the fan per unit time, also known as air volume. Q is commonly used to indicate that the commonly used units are; m3/s, m3/min, m3/h (seconds, minutes, hours) "mass flow" means that the gas quality passing through the fan per unit time needs to consider the gas density at the fan inlet, This has a close influence on gas composition, local atmospheric pressure, gas temperature and inlet pressure, and changes are required to get used to "gas flow".
