What is Exhaust Fans made of and how it works?

Exhaust Fans use propellers to draw air into the fan and discharge it along the same axis. The most common types of Exhaust Fans Manufacturers are: Tube Axial Fans (or Duct Fans), Panel Fans (or Wall Fans), Personnel Coolers, and Air Circulators.
Axial fans are commonly used to exhaust dirty air or fumes in processes such as paint spray booths, to supply fresh air and for general localized cooling of people, rooms or machinery. Wholesale exhaust fans are usually designed to handle large volumes of air at low pressure (SP) and are usually available in both direct drive and belt drive models that mount the propeller on the motor shaft.
The material used to manufacture industrial axial fans is usually mild steel. However, some applications may require aluminum propellers or all-aluminum for spark resistance, as well as stainless steel or chemical-resistant coatings. Certain applications may also require the fan to be belt-driven with the motor located outside the airflow and unaffected by airflow conditions such as high temperatures, excessive dust, or corrosive contaminants.
