What is the basic principle of centrifugal fan?

Centrifugal fans can be used for ventilation in general factories, warehouses, offices, residences, etc., and can also be used for air coolers (air coolers), evaporators, condensers, spray drops, etc. The anti-corrosion and explosion-proof axial flow fan adopts anti-corrosion materials and explosion-proof measures, and is matched with explosion-proof motors. It can be used to transport explosive, volatile and corrosive gases.
It is required that the gas conveyed by the axial flow fan should be free of significant dust, stickiness and fibrous substances; the temperature of the direct-connected motor should not exceed 40 °C, and the temperature of the belt-driven type should not exceed 60 °C. The amount of dust in the conveyed gas shall not exceed 150mg/m3. The axial flow fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, motor and other parts. Among them, the impeller and casing of the anti-corrosion axial fan are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and other types of axial fans are generally made of steel plate.
When the impeller rotates, the gas enters the impeller axially from the air inlet, and is pushed by the blades on the impeller to increase the energy of the gas, and then flows into the guide vane. The guide vanes turn the deflected airflow into an axial flow, and at the same time introduce the gas into the diffuser, further convert the kinetic energy of the gas into pressure energy, and then introduce it into the working pipeline.
Axial fan blades work in a similar way to the wings of an airplane. However, the latter applies lift up on the wings and supports the weight of the aircraft, while the axial fan holds the position and moves the air.
The cross section of an exhaust fan is generally an airfoil section. The vanes can be fixed in position or rotated about their longitudinal axis. The angle of the vanes to the airflow or the vane spacing can be non-adjustable or adjustable. Changing the blade angle or pitch is one of the main advantages of axial fans. Small blade pitch angles produce lower flow rates, while increasing pitch produces higher flow rates.
Advanced axial fans have the ability to change the pitch of the blades while the fan is running (similar to a helicopter rotor), thereby changing the flow rate accordingly. This is called a variable vane (VP) axial fan.
Axial flow fan is also called extractor fan. It is a kind of fan commonly used in industrial and mining enterprises, but it is different from ordinary fans. Its motor and fan blades are all in a cylinder, and its shape is a cylinder. It is used for local ventilation, easy to install, and ventilation. The ventilation effect is obvious and safe, and the air duct can be connected to the designated area.
