Shutdown Procedure Flow
1. Emergency shutdown: During the whole process of the test run of the generator set, when one of the following conditions occurs, emergency shutdown should be performed immediately. The actual operation of emergency shutdown is to press the main motor parking button, and then carry out the aftermath work after the shutdown.
a. The centrifugal fan suddenly vibrates significantly and has exceeded the power trip value.
b. There are scratches or abnormal friction sounds inside the human body.
c. There is smoke at any rolling bearing or sealing, or the temperature of a rolling bearing is greatly increased to the alarm value.
d. When the steam pressure is less than the alarm value and cannot be recovered.
e. The liquid level gauge of the automobile fuel tank is low, and the existing suction condition.
f. The axis offset value increases significantly and steadily, when the alarm value is achieved.
2. All normal shutdown: The generator set is all shut down normally and the actual operation is carried out according to the following procedures.
a. Gradually open the vent valve (or inlet and outlet intake valve), and gradually close the automatic exhaust valve.
b. Gradually adjust the throttle valve of the air inlet to 20-25°.
c. Press the parking button and pay attention to whether there is any abnormality in the whole process of stopping.
d. The oil supply can be terminated 5-10 minutes after the generator set is terminated, or when the temperature of the rolling bearing drops below 45°C. For generator sets with floating ring sealing, the sealed gasoline pump must supply oil again until the temperature of the human body is lower than 80℃.
After the generator set is terminated, the rotor of the motor should be rotated 180° on time within 2 to 4 hours.
